Responsibilities

• Review, verify and match POs, receiving reports, and vendor invoices (3-way matching) for accuracy and approval.
• Code invoices to the correct general ledger accounts, cost centers, and branch codes.
• Prepare payments (check payments, telegraphic transfers, EFTs, or digital wallet disbursements) on scheduled runs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies, pricing disputes, or missing documentation.
• Maintain orderly filing systems for all vouchers, receipts, and disbursement logs; ensure complete audit trails.
• Perform other accounting tasks, reconciliations, or special projects as directed by the Accounting Manager.
