Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to support day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable processing, tax compliance, financial reporting support, and month-end and year-end closing activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Around 3 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine taxation and BIR compliance is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Process supplier payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and coordinate BIR tax payments and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Prepare monthly bank disbursement reports and reconcile related transactions.
• Record and maintain Accounts Payable transactions for both trade and non-trade expenses.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and related schedules.
• Assist in year-end closing procedures and annual BIR compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting and payment concerns.
