Job summary

Robinsons Land Corp is seeking a General Accounting Supervisor at its Pasig office to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure timely financial reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards.

The role leads accounting staff, supports the Accounting Manager, and drives process improvements to strengthen internal controls and efficiency across the Finance - Accounting department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years accounting experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review daily accounting activities and transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Review branch sales, cash collections, and deposits.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial analysis, and cost control.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, train, and support accounting staff.
• Recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and efficiency.
