We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-driven Accounting Supervisor who will play a key leadership role in managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and maintain accurate financial records and the company’s book of accounts
• Lead preparation of financial reports, billing documents, and collection monitoring
• Manage payment processing for suppliers and contractors
• Review employee reimbursements and approve payment vouchers
• Supervise accounting entries and ensure proper documentation filing
• Oversee preparation of Statements of Account and collection letters
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Support internal and external audits
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth financial operations
• Identify process improvement initiatives to strengthen financial controls
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (CPA license)
• 1–2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Strong background in tax compliance and financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
