TheAccounting Supervisoris responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supervising accounting staff. This role ensures compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining efficient financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and review the work of accounting staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee daily accounting operations includingAccounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Assist in the preparation ofmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and recording.
• Ensure compliance withcompany policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
• Assist withbudget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Support internal and externalaudit processes.
• Identify and implement improvements in accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
