Job summary

Role

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (CPA preferred – Full-time On-Site)

Salary: ₱ 30,000 - ₱ 40,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions which include but not limited to the following:
• Recording of AP invoices and payments
• Recording of sales entries
• Recording of journal entries and month-end entries
• Validation of cash deposits from bank
• Bank reconciliations
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and GL accounts
• Prepare/review weekly and month-end accounting reports
• Prepare/review financial statements and report according to schedule
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Complete special projects as necessary

Qualifications

• Preferably CPA with 3 - 5 years experience related to the position
• Experience in public accounting and restaurant industry is preferred
• Experience in a multi-location company is preferred
• Solid financial statement skills and clear understanding of GAAP
• Strong Excel and ERP skills
• Highly independent but a team player
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Willing to adapt to a non-traditional work shift to overlap with US working hours (5am to 2pm)
