Job Description
- Supervise and provide guidance to the accounting team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of balance sheets, bank accounts, and other financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations, including GAAP.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring systems are audit-ready.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial entries.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across departments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations within the company.
