The role involves monitoring and analyzing accounting data, establishing policies, coordinating annual audits, and ensuring secure financial operations. You will lead staff accountants and clerical personnel, and develop sales and margin reporting.

• Supervising and managing daily operations of accounting dept (AP/AR, payroll, GL, treasury).
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data to produce accurate financial reports.
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods and policies.
• Coordinating and completing annual audits.
• Securing financial operations by approving processing, reporting, and audits.
• Supervising staff accountants and clerical staff, including hiring and mentoring.
• Developing and maintaining sales and margin reporting.

Monitoring and analyzing accounting data to produce accurate financial reports or statements.

Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

Coordinating and completing annual audits.

Securing financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting, and auditing.

Supervising staff accountants and clerical staff to assure that the department accomplishes accounting objectives by selecting, onboarding, assigning, managing, and mentoring employees.

Developing and maintaining sales and margin reporting.
