Job summary

You will review payments and supporting documents, track budgets, provide variance analyses, and guide staff to meet deadlines while upholding company policies and accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with policies and standards.
• Supervise daily accounting operations: general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare, review, and verify payments and supporting documentation for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Track expenses and budgets, monitor financial performance, and report variances with explanations.
• Prepare costing data and financial information to support pricing decisions and quotations.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Guide and support accounting staff to maintain quality, efficiency, and deadlines.
