You will lead accounts receivable, month-end close, and regulatory reporting across entities, delivering insights to support business decisions. You'll work with colleagues across the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, and global teams to strengthen controls, develop talent, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with 5+ years in AR, general accounting, or related finance.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and development of high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial operations while leading a high-performing team responsible for accounts receivable, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements across multiple entities. Your leadership and expertise will help drive operational excellence, strengthen financial controls, and deliver insights that support business decisions. Working closely with colleagues across the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, and global teams, you’ll have the opportunity to influence outcomes, develop talent, and contribute to Global Payments’ mission of powering seamless commerce worldwide.

What you’ll own:

• Drive financial accuracy and operational excellence by leading accounts receivable and month-end close activities that support timely reporting, informed decision-making, and business performance.
• Strengthen financial controls and compliance by ensuring the integrity of accounting processes, regulatory submissions, and audit readiness across assigned entities.
• Develop and empower a high-performing team through coaching, guidance, and accountability, enabling consistent delivery of high-quality results and continuous growth.
• Influence business outcomes through financial insights by identifying risks, resolving complex issues, and partnering with cross-functional and international stakeholders to improve processes and performance.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across accounting operations while supporting organizational growth.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with at least five years of experience in accounts receivable, general accounting, audit, or a related finance function.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, month-end close processes, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience using accounting systems and financial tools, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willing to work onsite at our Vertis North, Quezon City office.
• Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including night shift, to support global business operations.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations or global finance operations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, Salesforce, or billing and collections platforms.
