Job summary

3BAS Tigers Inc. is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to supervise daily operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and payroll. You will review entries, ensure compliance with standards, and assist in monthly/quarterly/annual statements.

The role requires strong English communication, CPA/CMA or equivalent is a plus, and flexibility for closing periods and audits. Based in the Philippines, travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work extended hours during closing periods if required.
• Willingness to attend training, audits, and occasional business travel if necessary.
