Job summary

Unknown company in Carmona Cavite, a manufacturing business, is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial reviews. The position is onsite, Monday–Friday, with a salary of Php 50,000 and standard government-m mandated benefits.

Responsibilities include cash management, bank reconciliations, coordinating with international partners on collections, budgeting, inventory and audit support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Strong experience in accounting management/leadership.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Experience in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with international partners on collections.
• Audit support and timely audit completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial review.
• Monitor daily cash balances and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with international partners regarding sales collections.
• Prepare monthly budgets and present them to management.
• Prepare annual inventory listings and books of accounts for compliance.
• Assist auditors and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
