• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.

• Financial Reporting: Direct the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff handling AP/AR, payroll, and the general ledger.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, government remittances, and handle coordination with external auditors.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Monitor cash flow, develop operating budgets, and provide financial forecasts and recommendations to senior management.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
