Job summary

Records Safekeeping Inc in Cavite is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team, supervise department tasks, and ensure accurate financial records.

You will oversee month-end and year-end reporting, drive process improvements, and support cross-functional decision-making while adhering to local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of management or accounting experience.
• Tax filing knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with bookkeeping software and MS Office.
• Ability to comply with local and national regulations.

• Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.


• Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.


• Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.


• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and spearheading in audits or reconciliations, as needed.


• Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that have a financial impact on the business.


• Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance industry

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Management, Accounting, or a related field preferred.


• With knowledge or experience in Tax filing


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software and MS Office.


• High level of efficiency and accuracy.


• Ability to comply with all local and national company regulations.
