Job Summary

The Senior Accountant will oversee the accounting and financial operations of an hotel and F&B business while supporting property-related transactions and other business development activities. The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, and coordination with external auditors, as well as the flexibility to handle various financial transactions and work closely with the business owner on ongoing developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least three to five (3-5) proven experience as a Senior Accountant/Accounting Supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, P&L, and Balance Sheet preparation and analysis.
• Experience in handling multiple business transactions and property-related accounting is an advantage.
• Experience in supervising or managing a small accounting team.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly in working with business owners, management, and external auditors.
