The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in R2R and P2P, with a degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent. Proficiency in Excel/Word and accounting software is required, along with GAAP and PH tax knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounting experience in R2R and P2P processes.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Philippine tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
• Willing to report to our office in Valenzuela.

Responsibilities

• Record and post daily financial transactions (AP, AR, GL).
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and cash records.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Maintain and organise financial records in compliance with policies.
• Verify accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll processing and employee compensation records.
• Assist with tax compliance and tax documentation.
• Assist with audits and ad hoc finance projects.
