About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Staff to assist with the company's daily accounting operations, financial records, and documentation. The role will also support accounting activities related to the company's franchising operations and franchisees.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, encoding, filing, and maintaining financial records
• Prepare and check invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents
• Assist in monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Monitor and record franchisee payments, billings, and other franchise-related transactions
• Assist in preparing and maintaining franchisee financial records and account statements
• Coordinate with franchisees regarding billing, payments, and required financial documents
• Assist in monitoring outstanding balances and following up on pending payments
• Reconcile accounting records and assist in identifying discrepancies
• Prepare basic accounting reports and summaries as needed
• Assist in the preparation and organization of documents for audits and financial reviews

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1 year of accounting experience is preferred
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools/software
