1. Branch Costing

1.1 Prepares monthly recon and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts.

1.2 Checks entries in QuickBooks for proper branch costing.

2. Receipts

2.1 Checks branch receipts and deposits

2.2 Reconciles receipts with reported sales.

2.3 Summarizes monthly sales reports.

2.5 Deposits sales if messenger is not around

3. GovernmentFilling and Management Report

3.1 Assists in the preparation of BIR filings (quarterly ITR, VAT and EWT when needed).

3.2 Analysis balance sheet and income accounts for annual audit

3.3 BIR Audit / Municipal & Customs Audit

4.1 Checks and monitors inventories

5. Field audit of branches

5.1 Audits branch sales report

5.3 Petty cash funds

6. Others

6.1 Records and encodes on QuickBooks or the chosen accounting system of the company.

6.2 Performed other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

6.3 Conducts filing
