Accounting Staff

ACCOUNTING STAFF

The Accounting Staff is responsible for carrying out daily and monthly financial and accounting tasks. This includes general bookkeeping, maintaining the general ledger and financial reports, processing invoices and payments, and performing accounts reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and monthly financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Requirements and skills:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with or without prior experience.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly document and spreadsheet software, with general knowledge of accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
• Well-organized, with excellent self-management and reporting skills.
