Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system or Excel.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules.
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Review invoices, process payments, and reconcile vendor statements.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Generate revenue, expense, and balance reports for management.
• Assist audits and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare tax documentation and liaise with regulatory bodies as needed.
• Run payroll accounting and reconcile payroll liabilities.
• Maintain fixed asset register and perform quarterly counts.
• Reconcile inventory records and assist counts.
• Support process improvements across accounting functions.
