Job Description

Ensure cash flow and profitability of the area assigned and of the company as a whole. The Finance Officer is expected to have strategic budgeting and projecting skills and can effectively communicate the financial result to the intended users.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adhere to the company's financial procedures and policies.
• Prepare regular financial reports and assist in the presentation of reports to managers and key stakeholders such as Finance Scoreboard, Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow and Profit & Loss.
• Analyze financial information for trends and errors, and give recommendations.
• Create and adhere to budgets for specific departments, projects, and business needs.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of the organizational process.
• Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork and filing financial records.
• Find solutions to discrepancies by working with other employees and correcting any erroneous information or calculations.
• Is expected to suggest more efficient and more effective methods for tracking financial data.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all financial records and company data.
• Supporting the management with projects and tasks when required.
• Expected to uphold the company culture and to help the company fulfill its vision.
• Systems Improvement and Kaizen.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
