• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Prepare customer invoices and monitor incoming payments
• Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding balances

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or issues

Administrative Support:

• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
• Assist with audits and financial reviews
