Job summary

Conduent Philippines is seeking an experienced finance/ops professional to join our accounting team. You will review and verify journal entries, extract data for dashboards, and assist with audits by providing supporting records.

The role requires working within established procedures, coordinating with team members, and ensuring updated process documentation. You will contribute to quality checks and internal controls.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications.
• Extracts data for dashboards on process/reconciliation metrics.
• Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation.
• Ensures that adequate and updated process documentation and desktop procedures exist.
• Contributes towards quality efforts and guides the quality verifiers team.
• Participates in first-level tasks and quality checks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
