Job summary

You will lead month-end closing, develop dashboards, and provide financial insights to support strategic decisions while guiding the accounting and reporting function.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is mandatory.
• 5+ years in accounting, FP&A, or financial reporting with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial data analysis skills.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP, Power BI, and dashboard automation.

• Hands-on Oracle NetSuite ERP experience – Required, particularly in general ledger, financial reporting, month-end closing, and transaction management.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A), including supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in process improvement, finance transformation, and automation is an advantage.
