Job summary

Metro Oil Subic Inc. is seeking an accounting support specialist to perform reconciliations, assist in preparing financial statements, and support payroll and tax activities. You will gather documentation and work with auditors, using tools like QuickBooks, Xero, SAP or Oracle. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) are required.

The role focuses on bank and vendor reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and routine reporting, contributing to accurate financial records and compliance.

Qualifications

Reconcile bank, credit card, GL, and vendor accounts to resolve discrepancies.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and routine reports.
Handle payroll processing and assist with tax forms.
Gather documents and support internal or external audit teams.
Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, SAP or Oracle.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups).

Responsibilities
