Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Familiarity with tax, payroll, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting audits and month-end closing activities is preferred.
• Numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Account reconciliation and analysis.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and review daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Maintain the general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, journals, and supporting schedules.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and payment requests.
• Verify invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and other supporting documents.
• Prepare bank, cash, supplier, customer, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare schedules and reports for management, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, and expense control.
• Compute and prepare taxes, payroll-related entries, and statutory payments as assigned.
