Job summary

Tri-Unity Talent Sourcing & Human Resource Management Services is looking for an Accounting Manager for their Bulacan area operations. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. Responsibilities include financial management and reporting, compliance with local government requirements, cash flow management, and coordinating with various departments. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in trucking or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Track and analyze operational costs per truck or per route.
• Supervise billing and invoicing for trucking and logistics services.
• Ensure compliance with local government requirements.
• Manage cash flow to ensure availability of funds for operations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Fleet Maintenance, and HR.
• Implement or enhance accounting systems suited for logistics operations.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
