A financial services company in Bulacan seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role involves supervising the accounting team, managing compliance with standards, and supporting financial planning. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of relevant experience with strong analytical and leadership skills. CPA license is a plus.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance.
