Reporting to the Finance Head, you will manage day-to-day activities, lead month-end close, implement finance systems, and develop the accounting team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP and financial statements.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily accounting activities including AP, AR, fixed assets, and cash management.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and reporting.
• Build and maintain the general ledger structure and COA.
• Manage intercompany accounting, allocations, and settlements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulators.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
