The role requires implementing efficient methods for tracking financial data, ensuring accurate posting to chart of accounts, and producing reports for business and regulatory needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, with at least five years of manager-level experience in retail or related industries, and

Strong knowledge of general accounting and financial processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Accounting Department.

Conduct financial audits to verify data accuracy and reliability.
Assist in variance analysis in line with business strategies.
