Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

Accounting Operations

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
• Provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.

Internal Controls

• Develop and maintain a system of internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounting data.
• Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Collaboration

• Work closely with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits. Communicate financial information to management and stakeholders.,

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• Must have atleast 3-5 years of experience as an accounting manager.
• Experience in doing client servicing is a non-negotiable requirement
• Candidates must have long stint and evident career progression with either of their previous employers.
• CPA license is a requirement
• Strong knowledge in full-cycle accounting and local taxation

Advantageous:

• Experience in using QuickBooks, Xero, SAP or Oracle.
• International accounting experience is nice to have but not a requirement.
