Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO (S) Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Finance Manager to support strong financial governance, provide insightful business analysis and drive working capital improvements.

The role leads month-end close, reporting and variance analysis, delivers financial insights to management, supports budgeting and planning, and collaborates with Sales, Service and Operations to lift performance. You will coach the finance team and participate in automation initiatives.

• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.
• Manage receivables, credit reviews, cash flow and working capital initiatives.
• Coordinate audits, statutory reporting and tax compliance requirements.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and financial controls.
• Partner with Sales, Service and Operations teams to improve business performance.
• Drive process improvements.
• Lead and develop finance team members through coaching and guidance.
• Participate in automation and transformation initiatives.
