Overview

On-site - Manila. 1-3 years experience. Bachelor. Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to direct and supervise BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• Preferably able to work at Kalaw Manila
• Can assist the accounting staff duties and responsibilities
• Planning, implementing and supervising the company’s financial strategy and accounting policies
• Managing the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
• Producing and analyzing financial reports and statements
• Coordinating and completing annual audits and providing recommendations
• Improving systems and procedures and initiating corrective actions
• Assigning, directing and auditing accounting tasks or projects to a team of accountants
• Ensuring compliance and accuracy of financial information with company and legal regulations
• Possibly graduate of BS Accountancy, or any related field
• Can work under pressure and can commit deadlines on time
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Accounts payable, accounts receivable and payable processes

Qualifications

• Educational background: BS in Accounting or Finance (or related field)
