Job summary

Jobtailor in the Philippines seeks an experienced accounting lead to own end-to-end PH operations. You will ensure accurate, compliant records and drive reporting, payroll, and statutory duties while guiding leadership with clear financial insights.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting/finance, CPA preferred, and strong Excel/ERP expertise. You will coordinate audits and cash flow forecasting within a dynamic, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Management Accounting required.
• CPA preferred; certification highly regarded.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Experience overseeing accounting operations for a PH entity.
• Strong in financial reporting, payroll, tax, and audits.
• Knowledge of Philippine statutory requirements (BIR/SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG).
• US GAAP and/or IFRS knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle etc.) and Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (CPA) is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or financial management roles.
• Proven experience overseeing accounting operations for a Philippine entity.
• Strong background in financial reporting, payroll administration, tax compliance, and audit coordination.
• Solid understanding of Philippine statutory requirements, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG compliance.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS standards is an advantage.
• Experience using accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
