About the Role:

Agri Exim Global, Inc., a leading player in the coconut processing industry, is looking for a competent and reliable Accounting Manager to lead our local accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory regulations, and supporting financial planning and analysis for our growing operations in Davao del Sur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting functions including general ledger, AP/AR, inventory accounting, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities
• Support internal and external audits, and coordinate required documentation
• Mentor and supervise accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate outputs
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Drive improvements in financial processes and internal controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA license strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Solid knowledge of Philippine taxation, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance
• Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
• Willing to work onsite in Darong, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur
