Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Manage general ledger and ensure proper reconciliation for all accounts.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial statements, audit processes, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.
- Professional Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard working hours, may require overtime during month-end and year-end closings.
