Job summary

INGCO PH TRADERS Inc. in Caloocan is seeking an entry-level Accountant to audit daily store transactions, analyze inventory variances, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will work with POS systems and coordinate with multiple departments while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome; a related degree is required and strong Excel/MS Office skills are valued to support organizational accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site in East Grace Park, Caloocan City.

Responsibilities

• Audit Daily Transactions of Stores Handled.
• Analyze inventory, cash overages and shortages.
• Assist with client/customer service and concerns.
• Work with POS and operational processes.
• Relate information calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with various departments and maintain accuracy.
