LEADERSHIP

• Manage accounting team efficiency through KPIs
• Address high-level concerns raised by accounting team members.

FINANCIAL REPORTING

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports to management (Profit and Loss statements, Balance sheets)
• Utilize financial projection tools to create department budgets

GOVERNMENT COMPLIANCE

• Coordinate annual auditing requirements with external accountants
• Documentation of government-issued permits and licenses
