Job summary

Metro Pacific Fresh Farms is seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to lead planning, consolidation, and analysis of financial transactions. You will ensure timely financial reporting and maintain accurate books, ledgers, and compliance with standards.

The role requires 4-5 years of managerial experience, strong accounting principles, and leadership abilities, working under the CFO. You will supervise accounts, audits, and government reporting to support profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• College graduate with BS Accountancy
• 4-5 years related experience in managerial capacity
• Competencies: Accounting Principles, Taxation, Labor laws, Cost Benefit Analysis, Analytical Thinking, Integrity, Attention to detail, Interpersonal & Communication skills, Negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor work activities involving consolidation and/or analysis, recording and summarizing of financial transactions.
• Check, analyze and make recommendations to Management based on Financial Reports.
• Ensure accurate timely submission of Financial Reports to Management.
• Oversee the maintenance and updating of books and ledgers; approve vouchers and ensure data reliability.
