Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Analyst to support daily financial operations, focusing on accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in SAP. You will ensure compliance with company policies, maintain records, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support cash flow and closing activities.

  • Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any accounting-related course.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation, payment processing, and vendor account reconciliation.
  • Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment application, collections follow-up, and customer account reconciliation.
  • Monitor aging reports and coordinate with customers and vendors to resolve outstanding balances and discrepancies.
  • Perform regular account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in SAP.
  • Prepare reports related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and cash application activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve billing and payment concerns.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing required schedules and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Purpose of the Role

The Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the organization through the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
