Overview
The Accounting/Auditing Staff is responsible for assisting in financial record-keeping, transaction processing, and audit support to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the company’s financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Record and process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, journals, and other accounting records.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and schedules for management review.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and data.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements, cash flows, and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Identify and report discrepancies, variances, or irregularities in financial records.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring as required.
- Maintain organized documentation of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve financial and audit-related concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Accounting or Auditing Staff, or in a related finance role, is preferred.
