As an Accounting Associate, you will be part of a team providing bookkeeping and accounting services for businesses in the Philippines. In this role, you will work within a group responsible for handling various tasks and transactions, which may include:

  • Accounts Payable

  • Accounts Receivable

  • General ledger

  • Bills processing

  • Bank Reconciliation

  • Month-end bookkeeping

  • Financial Report

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BSA) required.

  • CPA license preferred but not required.

  • 1–3 years of accounting experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.

  • Familiarity with QBO, Xero, SAP, GP software is a plus.

  • Run monthly Payroll (Manual).

  • Has background in Ph Tax Forms.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Immediate availability is preferred.
