Job summary

LIME Hotels and Resorts in Palawan, El Nido is seeking an accounting professional to contribute to the preparation of the Financial Statement (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). You will review disbursements, RFPs and checks prepared by accounts payable and monitor revenue from all outlets.

You will also prepare monthly accruals, participate in month-end closings by processing and analyzing journal entries, and assist in reconciling general ledger balance sheet accounts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preparation of Financial Statement. (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Responsible for checking of Disbursement, RFP & checks prepared by accounts payable.
• Responsible for checking of Revenue from all outlets
• Responsible for creating Statements of Account, Aging Account Receivable
• Prepares monthly set up for accrued expenses.
• Participate in month end closing by processing and analyzing journal entries
• Participate in the reconciling of general ledger balance sheet accounts each month
