Job summary

Claritas, a next generation professional services firm, seeks an Accounting Associate in Metro Manila (Makati) to support financial analysis, reporting, bookkeeping, regulatory compliance, and data management.

You will work with seasoned accounting professionals, prepare monthly reports, maintain dashboards, and assist with data-driven decision making. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience preferred, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting with experience in financial reporting and analysis
At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial reporting
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage monthly reports for Management
Administer production and distribution of internal financial reports
Maintain regular metrics, reports and dashboards for Managers
Maintain records for regulator reporting
Prepare and maintain report templates for advanced reports
Provide data-mining and analytical support for financial and operational purposes
Advocate and implement MIS improvements for monitoring and tracking
