DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and extract data from internal systems for reporting and analysis.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor branch cash collections and deposits.
• Prepare accounting entries related to bank deposits, cash collections, and revenue recognition.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve shortages and unidentified or unmatched deposits.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong knowledge of Finance and Tax principles is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and other advanced functions.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized, task-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and timely reconciliations.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in the accounting field, including handling reconciliations and resolving data discrepancies or exceptions.
