Job summary

Link Energie in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Associate to handle processing, summarizing, reviewing, and analyzing general and administrative expenses along with other overhead costs. You will maintain assigned general ledger accounts and perform general bookkeeping.

The role requires thorough data analysis, accuracy, and timely reporting to support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced construction environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Accounting, Finance or any other related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but with 1 year experience as an Accounting Associate in the construction fieldis an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitoring, and posting of PCF Replenishments, Reimbursements, Liquidations, and Request for Payment
• Review, monitoring, reconciliation amortization and posting of overhead expenses. Rentals, Utilities, Transportation, Meals and representations, Professional Fees,Permits, Payroll and other OPEX.
• Amortization of prepayments, insurances and asset depreciation.
• Monitoring of advances for liquidation, refundable deposits, and prepayments.
