Job summary

A registered Japanese manufacturing company in Santo Tomas, Batangas is seeking an Accounting Assistant Supervisor to join our team. The role requires strong accounting skills and experience in a manufacturing setting, with a onsite work arrangement and Monday to Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities include bank reports, salary advance tracking, fixed assets and inventory reporting, annual financial statements processing, and journal entries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in all facets of accounting.
• Amenable to attend face-to-face interviews.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare essential bank reports, including bank reconciliation, cash position reports, and bank balance reports.
• Prepare and monitor advances to officers/employees and other accounts subject to salary deductions.
• Manage and maintain all inventory records, including fixed assets, and prepare related inventory reports.
• Facilitate the submission and BIR stamping of the Annual Financial Statements (AFS) along with the Annual ITR.
• Prepare journal entries and trial balances.
