Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
- Open for CPA and non-CPA.
- With at least 3–4 years of experience in accounting.
- With at least 1–2 years’ experience in supervisory or team lead.
- Knowledgeable in PEZA, BIR and other compliance.
- Amenable to attend face‑to‑face interview.
- Can start as soon as possible is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Supervise month-end/year-end closing, general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Guide and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring tasks are delegated and completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), manage BIR/PEZA reports, and coordinate with auditors.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (invoices, collections) processes.
- Analyze financial data, variances (budget vs. actual), and provide insights to management for strategic planning and budgeting.
- Develop and implement internal controls, procedures, and best practices for efficiency.
