Sysgen RPO, Inc. in Alabang, Muntinlupa City is seeking an Accounting Assistant for an onsite role with an early morning shift (7AM-4PM AU hours). A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 1 year of accounting experience are required, along with strong Excel skills and solid knowledge of basic financial reporting.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate data entry and timely reporting, supporting month-end processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Accounting Assistant.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, and other MS tools.
• Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative and confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Amenable to work on early morning shift following AU hours (7AM-4PM).
• Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City (Onsite).
