Job summary

Requirements include college level or accounting-related education, 0–1 year of experience, strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software. Bachelor degree preferred.

Qualifications

• College level or accounting-related education preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 0–1 year of accounting or finance support experience preferred.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and document control.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting or tax practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Encode and review accounting transactions and supporting documents.
• Prepare basic bank, cash, supplier, or customer reconciliations.
• Organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, and accounting files.
• Assist with month-end schedules, audit requests, and tax support.
• Follow up missing documents and discrepancies.
